Chris Hilbig currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, USA. He currently fancies himself as an artist, blogger, and writer.
Chris has had a two-year run as an artist and writer of the former Parti Animals.com and Fuego Cyberstrip. In one of his previous lives, he was a professional graphic designer and in pre-press processing film and burning plates before that.
He has attended San Antonio College of San Antonio, Texas for Graphic Design and is a graduate of the Art Instruction Schools of Minneapolis, Minnesota, receiving a Certificate of Completion in the Fundamentals of Art.
During his time with AIS, Chris won the Blue Ribbon Art Award, was a finalist in the 2010 Charles Schulz Cartoon Art Competition, and won 1st place in the 2012 Charles Schulz Cartoon Art Competition.
His’s current specialty is in the sequential arts.
Chris spends his free-time (whenever that happens) enjoying comics, manga, MMA, professional wrestling, reading conservative commentary, self-development, sleeping, and making cheap attempts at learning other languages, most notably Spanish and Japanese.
